RBS boss Stephen Hester will not take a bonus for this year to punishes himself

After problems with update of computer system and Barclays scandals. The RBS chief-executive, Stephen Hester give an interview for BBC. He has decided not to take his bonus this year after the update of Royal Bank of Scotland’s computer system problems affected many costumers accounts which they can’t moves money in their accounts. Hester confirms the bank are under investigation over manipulates libor rates in interbanking loans. This reason, i don’t trust in UK’s banks to put my money.

Egypt President-elect Mohamed Mursi hails Tahrir crowds less military rulers

Today, Egypt’s President-elect Mohammed Mursi goes to Cairo’s Tahrir Square to be praise with thousands of people. Tahrir Square is afocal point to overthrew to former dictator Hosni Mubarak. Mursi has hails by his supports in Tahrir Square. He will sworn in on next saturday to Egypt’s office. The President-elect vows to be  ”president for all Egyptians”, adding: “You are the source of all authority and legitimacy.” He criticizes recent military rulers decrees to sweping his powers saying “I promise you that I will not give up on any of the powers given to the president”. Really, militaries rullers are very anxious and furious now.

Merkel defends compromise deal on eurozone banks for european calmness

The german chancellor, Angela Merkel reach a compromise deal on eurozone banks during a long night in EU’s summit in Brussels. The deal is to help debt-laden eurozone countries like Spain and Italy. That countries put german’s leader under pressure to accepts the terms of the deal as new supervisory body will enable the European Central Bank over eurozone banks. “The details affecting liability… will have to be discussed… those negotiations are going to be anything but easy”, Merkel says. She said “I think we found a good compromise,”. Germans are very anger with this decision taken by Frau Merkel to help eurozone countries. Well, Spain and Italy defeats Germany in football, now in economy too.

Barclays faces a serious questions, Cameron says and shareholders thinks.

The Barclays scandal hits UK’s financial system. The bank is claimed to manipulate Libor rates during 2005 to 2009 to loan a several banks. UK’s PM David Cameron said “The whole senior management team have got some big questions to answer”. In a House of Commons, the Chancellor of Exchequer, George Osbourne confirms banks HSBC, RBS, Citigroup and UBS also under investigation. He said “The FSA report is a shocking indictment of the culture at banks like Barclays in the run-up to the financial crisis.” Barclays shares are fallling down since wednesday. Labour party leader, Ed Miliband said “This cannot be about a slap on the wrist” and “The people that have done the wrong thing in this case should face the full force of the law… including criminal prosecutions.” Well, UK’s politicians are so furious more than Barclays shareholders who lost money these days.

Brussels held another a key EU’s summit to save a single currency Euro, Europe and the world economy. Europeans leaders are divided over how save eurozone from debt crisis. German Chancellor Angela Merkel rejects any attempts to create an eurobond. French president François Hollande urges EU’s solidarity toi save worst-hit economies like Spain. British prime minister, David Cameron said  ”these are hard decisions for the eurozone countries to make and we should be encouraging them to go ahead”, but don’t support a creation of European treasury who control national budget of EU’s members. The meeting is important for Ulster peace process. IRA kills a queen’s cousin, Lord Mountbatten (he was first sea lord) and some members of his family in bombing attack during a boat trip in 1979. Queen Elizabeth has a private meeting with McGuinness and both shake hands in public. Its best way to peace continues in this place or no.

Galaxy’s sales has suspended at the end of judicial dispute between both tecnology companies. The Samsung tablet is consider a biggest rival of Apple’s tablet Ipad. The trial of the case is scheduled to beggining in 30 july in US state fo California. Who wins this dispute? A south korean company or the most value US tecnology company. Really, I don’t know.

Uk’s bank Barclays are fined in $450m to manipulates key bank rates. The penalty in UK and US financial authorities classified as “serious and widespread” misconduct. The key bank rates are influence the costs of loans and mortagues. Barclays executives as ceo Bob Diamond and three other executives have given up to this year’s bouns. UK’s banks mamipulates this interbank rates from 2005 to 2009. Well, Barclays shareholders and another banks are so furious now with Mr.Diamond and his executives.
